More baby Meerkat sightings!!

The baby meerkats really are enjoying this lovely warm weather!!

Baby Meerkats come out to play in the sun.

Our baby meerkats are getting more and more confident since starting appear from their nest.

Today the little fellas have been spotted soaking up the lovely sunshine with their fellow meerkat mates.

Sheep Shearing sucess at Twinlakes Park

Our Sheep on Red Rooster Farm at Twinlakes Family Theme Park got a new haircut yesterday ready for the summer.

With the help of local shearer Mike Hewson, the visitors enjoyed a full demonstration.

First sighting of the NEW baby meerkat

There has been a little bundle of joy appeared in the Meerkat enclosure this morning.

Farm Rangers were shocked and delighted to see the first sighting of a baby meerkat.

Office Manage mucks in down on Red Rooster Farm

Twinlakes Office Manager Emma Sudron took a break from her day-to-day office duties this week to help out on Red Rooster Farm.  After ditching the heels and rolling up her sleeve Emma wow's the crown at Wart Hog Nationals Pig Racing Championships.

Red Rooster Zoo Farm’s New Arrivals Settle In

The most recent additions to the Red Rooster Zoo Farm seem to be settling in to their new home.

Staff at the farm created a new enclosure for our Porcupines, which they certainly seemed relaxed in! After a long week of showers they seem to be enjoying basking in the warmer weather, especially after a long day entertaining our visitors!

Group Experience Terrifying Treat!

At this time of year Twinlakes provides all action, all weather fun to lots of different groups who are looking for some light relief towards the end of the school term!

Today, a group from Huntingdon took up the opportunity to get an added extra experience!

The doors of one of our Halloween attractions ‘The Farmhouse of Fear’ opened to this unexpecting group of youngsters to give them a taster of the future Twinlakes Halloween activities.

Did they brave the corridors of darkness or were they spooked by the story of the Scarecrows??

It's the 1st July!!! Hello summer

Finally July 1^st has arrived…we can look forward to an action packed summer! The Sun is peeking through and the warmth is starting to rise!

As we head into summer amongst an event filled month, The Euros are coming to an end with tonight’s final Spain vs Italy.

Down at Red Rooster Zoo Farm we have the Animal Farm staff set to see whether the animals are up to a challenge…Who Will Win??

It looks like the meerkat has taken it…will this predict a win for Italy?  Watch this space!

Having a storm at Twinlakes!!!

Wow!!! What crazy weather we had yesterday.  We had hail the size of golf balls landing in the park at Twinlakes one point.

Several of staff members were gutting to find there car’s damaged afterwards.  From dents to smashed windscreens we had it all!!!

Following this aftermath the park staff have been very busy today with clearing and repairing all the damage ready for the weekend but you will be glad to know all rides and attractions are still fully operational.

A little update on our famous little pig at Wheelgate:

Little runaway piggy Al has been getting lots of help and attention this week from the press and local media in a desperate attempt to reunite him with his mummy!!

But still the search goes on for the little piggy found last Friday in the alpaca pen at Wheelgate Family Theme Park, Nottingham.
