There is a massive splash landing at Twinlakes Park this summer with the recent unveiling of the brand spanking new, 22 foot drop, Dragonfall Log Flume and Susansoo Splash Play!!! These fantastic new attractions turned the taps on for the first time last Summer with the aid of Sam and Amy, breakfast presenters on Gem106 FM. First sighting of the NEW baby meerkat

There has been a little bundle of joy appeared in the Meerkat enclosure this morning.

Farm Rangers were shocked and delighted to see the first sighting of a baby meerkat.

Wheelgate's Runaway Piglet Al on his tenth day...

10 days on and poor little Al is still at Wheelgate Park, Mansfield, with the hopes of finding his mother fading. Luckily, staff at Wheelgate park are making him feel right at home…

Spiky Visitors!

Being located on the outskirts of a country town we often get to spot some amazing wildlife and today was no exception! Rangers this morning found some unusual visitors whilst checking the park.

Down in Action USA our staff spotted a family of hedgehogs by the Buffalo Stampede ride exploring the grass range.

Mummy Hedgehog scurried off on her way but we were quick enough to get a snapshot of these two cuties!

Al’s shot in the limelight in hope of finding his mummy!!

A little update on our famous little pig at Wheelgate:

Little runaway piggy Al has been getting lots of help and attention this week from the press and local media in a desperate attempt to reunite him with his mummy!!

But still the search goes on for the little piggy found last Friday in the alpaca pen at Wheelgate Family Theme Park, Nottingham.
